Return & Exchange Policy

At Zinarin, we prioritize the quality of every piece of jewelry and gemstone we offer. Since our products are made to order, we currently do not have an official return or exchange policy. However, we continuously update our terms and conditions. Nonetheless, we provide after-sales services under the following conditions:

Warranty and Repair Services (for Jewelry)

If a product has defects resulting from the manufacturing process (such as errors in casting, assembly, or gemstone setting), we are happy to offer free repair and adjustment services within one year from the date of receipt.

Note:

  • This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
  • Repairs outside the warranty conditions may incur additional charges, which will be communicated before proceeding.

Return Policy (for Loose Gemstones)

Loose gemstones (not yet set into jewelry) may be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that a valid reason is given and the following conditions are met:

  • The gemstone must be in its original, unused, and unaltered condition.
  • The gemstone certification and original packaging must be intact and in new condition.
  • We will inspect the gemstone before approving the return.
  • A partial refund will be issued, as certain processing fees will be deducted.

Process for Returning Loose Gemstones or Requesting Jewelry Repairs
