Please read these sales terms carefully before placing an order, as they constitute an agreement between you and ZINARIN regarding the purchase of jewelry and gemstones through our sales channels.

By placing an order, you agree to comply with these sales terms. If you do not accept these terms, you will not be able to proceed with your purchase.

Updates to terms and conditions of sale

We may update these sales terms periodically without prior notice. The latest version will be published on our platform and will take effect immediately upon posting. If you placed an order before an update to the sales terms, any changes will not apply retroactively to that order.

Payment methods

Currently, we accept payments through the following methods:

  • Cash (only for in-person pickups)
  • Bank transfer (as per the details provided during the ordering process)
  • PayPal

Note:

  • Credit and debit card payments are not yet accepted.
  • Payments must be completed within the specified timeframe; otherwise, the order may be automatically canceled.

Sales format

Currently, all of our products are pre-order items, meaning production will begin only after an order is placed and payment is completed.
In the future, we may introduce ready-to-ship products. Updates regarding sales formats will be posted on our platform.

For pre-orders:

  • Production and delivery times vary depending on the product type (typically around 2–3 weeks).
  • Once an order is confirmed and payment is completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded, except in cases of product defects or issues caused by our company.

Product availability and quantity

  • We produce a limited quantity per production cycle, and pre-orders may close once the specified quantity is reached.
  • If a product is temporarily out of stock, you may sign up for a notification when it becomes available for pre-order again.

Personalization services

We offer customization services, such as engraving names or creating special designs based on customer requests.

  • Customized orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the engraving details or requested specifications are correct before placing an order. Any text that is inappropriate, illegal, or violates our policies will not be accepted.
  • Orders for personalized products cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once produced according to your specifications—except in cases of defects.

Ordering and order confirmation

  • Orders can be placed through our online sales channels.
  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an email or message confirming your order along with a reference number.
  • Please review the details carefully. If there are any errors, contact us immediately.

Note: Order confirmation only indicates that your order has been received in our system; it does not guarantee approval of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order if there is an issue with payment or for any other reasonable cause.

Return and repair policy

Since our products are pre-ordered and made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, If you experience any issues with your product, please contact us for guidance on repairs or necessary adjustments.

1-Year product warranty

We use high-quality materials and craftsmanship in our jewelry production. However, our warranty only covers defects resulting from manufacturing issues and does not cover damages caused by misuse or normal wear and tear. The warranty period begins immediately upon order completion.

If your product has an issue covered under our warranty, please contact us for repair or replacement services.

General terms

  • If any provision in these Terms and Conditions of Sale is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be in effect.
  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel orders if we detect suspicious transactions or activities that may constitute fraud.
  • We are not liable for production or delivery delays caused by external factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters or logistical issues).
